As if the Thursday meeting wasn't long enough, we all got together Friday after school and finalised our new group name, BeLT (Blended e-Learning Team) and discussed the items we will cover at the teacher only day in late August. This teacher only day will purely be focused on e-Learning and upskilling the staff so that we are all more informed around incorporating technology into our classes. We also received great news in that the BeLT team will each be receiving a Chromebook to aid us in our investigations.
We are still at the stages of developing the 'how' and the 'why' of all of this, below is an interesting article around pedagogy, and what this actually means.
